Howard, some soldering is required on the crossovers as well as the wiring to the drivers. Some skill is needed to assemble this kit.

Paul, Parts Express Reference line of drivers.

RQT, Silk dome, the metal dome had a roll of of about 6dB at 20kHz starting at 12kHz, so it isn't suitable. The silk dome have a much better frequency response.

Chuck. Something to think about, however shipping a flatpack without damage to the beveled edges would be almost impossible from experience - but you could just buy a set of finished cabinets :-)

Nick, NO dude :-)

Thanks for all the postings

Assuming one purchases the drivers and crossovers with the completed speaker cabinets is any soldering required or is everything basicly modular with rundimentary hardware abilities required? Thanks

Any more info on these kits? From the graphs I am assuming about 90db efficiency. What drive units are used?

Thanks for an affordable, full-range, high-end product.
How about offering a flat pack (all the required cabinet pieces in unfinished MDF)?
I've built a lot of monitors but that cabinet looks challenging !
Thanks for your attention.
